Welcome to the web space for the Shippy Group

Research in the Shippy Group is focused the development of analytical methods for volume-limited samples in biological environments. Research directions include the development of submicroliter to nanoliter sampling methods and compatible sample preparation and analysis tools. Tool and method development are driven by the need to understand patterns of chemical signaling in the extracellular space of biological tissues. Follow the link Research Directions for more information.

The group has space for new graduate students interested in the research directions of the group. Apply to the Chemistry or the Neuroscience graduate programs for Fall 2017 openings.

Thanks for coming by to visit.
